Do you ship to Australia and internationally?
Yes. We ship across New Zealand, to Australia, and worldwide, every business day. Shipping is free on NZ orders over $150.
Are the records new or used?
Right now everything is brand new and unplayed, straight from the distributor. We're starting to bring in some quality second-hand records too, and anything used is always clearly marked with its condition.
Where do you ship from?
From Hamilton, Aotearoa. Our stock is held here in New Zealand, so there's no overseas wait, no customs, and no surprise import charges. Records go out fast.
How much is shipping?
Free on New Zealand orders over $150. Below that, and for Australia and the rest of the world, shipping is calculated at checkout.
How fast will my order arrive?
We dispatch daily. Because stock sits in New Zealand, NZ orders usually land within a few days, and Australia is quick too.
What is a pre-order?
Some records are listed before they land. We import all our stock, so a pre-order ships the moment it arrives in New Zealand.
What do you stock?
Underground dance and hip-hop on vinyl: drum & bass, techno, house, disco, garage, broken beat, bass and more. Hand-picked, not algorithm-picked.
Can I preview tracks before buying?
Yes. Most records have a preview on the product page, and there's a little extra once you're logged in.
Can you get me a record you don't have?
Often, yes. Head to the Requests page, tell us what you're chasing, and we'll try to source it.
